About

Sydney Olson is a mindset coach, professional stunt performer, podcast host (Collecting Scars) and former professional parkour athlete. She is also a certified holistic nutritionist and fitness consultant.

Raised in a small town in Washington, she always dreamed big; first through gymnastics and soccer, then through traveling, coaching, and creativity. Her path eventually led to professional parkour and stunt work, where she discovered that pushing physical limits was also a gateway to deep inner transformation. Competing internationally and performing in film and TV, she became one of the few women breaking ground in the world of parkour competitions. That journey revealed a truth she now brings into her coaching: the real breakthroughs happen when we shift what we believe is possible.

Her journey into mindset work began as a way to win competitions and further her career, but over time it evolved into something much deeper. After hitting every milestone she once thought would bring fulfillment, Sydney realized the real work was internal rather than external. That’s when she began to explore the subconscious patterns and beliefs holding her back and everything in her life changed as a result.

Today, Sydney specializes in subconscious reprogramming and helping others shift the way they relate to their lives and circumstances. Through deep listening and understanding, she guides clients in unraveling the ego-based stories and identities holding them back from their potential and making space for authenticity, freedom, and full alignment.

When she’s not on set or working with clients, you’ll find Sydney training, hiking, cooking, or spending time with her husband Richard and their cat Jackson.
